Our Diamond Package is for couples who wish to have The Antares Musicians perform for their ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.
Our Ruby Package consists of a two hour time frame, which is perfect for ceremony AND cocktail hour music. If requested, additional time can be added to our Ruby Package to allow the musicians to continue performing.
Our Emerald Package is for couples looking for music exclusively for their ceremony. This package accommodates up to a 1.5 hour time frame, which usually allows the musicians to perform a 30-minute prelude, all ceremony music, and also postlude music. Our Emerald Package does not include cocktail hour music.
Our Sapphire Package provides live music for companies hosting corporate events.
Our Shining Star Package provides live music for holiday parties.
Of course, the time frames of all packages can be extended to fit what you have envisioned for your special event. For example, if initially you would like one of our ensembles to perform longer than our two-hour Ruby Package, we can easily add additional time to this package to accommodate your needs.
Unlimited telephone and email consultations up to the date of the performance are included in our fee. A 50% deposit is due upon signature of the contract by both parties. The 50% balance is due four weeks prior to the performance. If the ensemble performs longer than initially contracted, overtime payments shall be made at the conclusion of the performance.
