Unlimited telephone and email consultations up to the date of the performance are included in our fee. A 50% deposit is due upon signature of the contract by both parties. The 50% balance is due two weeks prior to the performance. If the ensemble performs longer than initially contracted, overtime payments shall be made at the conclusion of the performance.
